Chess Tournament Day, 28th February 2024

This year, we decided to dive headfirst into the world of chess at Coars National School!  So, after weeks of learning the ropes, practicing our moves, and maybe getting a little competitive during lunch breaks, we finally got the chance to show off our skills at our very first tournament in Killarney. Everyone had a great day and we received a certificate of participation! It was great to meet other schools and we hope to go every year!
