Today marked a fantastic start to Wellness Week at our school, and the energy was truly uplifting! We kicked off the day with some mindfulness coloring, where students gathered to express their creativity and relax their minds. It was wonderful to see everyone focused and immersed in the calming colors, taking a moment to breathe and unwind before the busy week ahead.


Meanwhile, our senior students took advantage of the beautiful weather with a refreshing walk. The stroll not only allowed them to enjoy the fresh air but also provided a great opportunity for socialising and connecting with their peers. Laughter and conversations filled the air as they shared stories and enjoyed each other’s company.


The day continued with engaging workshops led by Eimear, who introduced students to various wellness strategies. These workshops were interactive and fun, giving everyone a chance to learn new skills while focusing on personal growth and well-being. Eimear’s enthusiasm was contagious, inspiring students to think about their mental and physical health in new ways.


Overall, today’s activities set a positive tone for the rest of Wellness Week. We’re excited to continue promoting well-being and community spirit throughout the week.
