Wellbeing Week – Day 2
Today was another great day of Wellbeing Week! The Junior Room got outside for a lovely walk, enjoying the fresh air and stretching their legs. It was a great way to get moving and appreciate the nature around us.
Meanwhile, the Senior Room focused on mindfulness activities. One of the techniques they practiced was box breathing—a simple but powerful way to calm the mind. They breathed in for four seconds, held it for four, exhaled for four, and held again for four. This helped everyone feel more relaxed and focused.
It was a fantastic day of movement and mindfulness, reminding us how important it is to take care of both our bodies and our minds.
